Harry Gamble – Real Estate Investment Manager in Birmingham, AL

The managing member of Newins Properties, LLC, in Birmingham, AL, Harry Gamble, with a strong academic foundation in economics and law, oversees all aspects of residential and commercial real estate investment at the firm. Harry Gamble’s work includes purchasing and renovating homes for resale or renting, managing long-term rental properties, and marketing and selling commercial assets. He also provides private money loans.

Mr. Gamble has worked at Newins Properties in Birmingham for more than 15 years. Early in his career, he was in banking, serving as assistant vice president and branch manager at The Peoples Bank and Trust Company in Helena, AL. In this role, he supervised branch operations, managed staff, handled public relations, and originated loans. While working there, he completed the bank’s nine-month corporate training program in Selma.

In his professional life, Mr. Gamble has carved a reputation as a skillful manager, capable of overseeing multiple projects and driving operational efficiencies. He is also adept at finding opportunities for cost reduction and business expansion. Harry Gamble earned his JD from the University of Alabama School of Law after completing his BA in economics from Tulane University. He furthered his banking expertise at the South Alabama Banking School.

An active member of Alabama Real Estate Investors, Mr. Gamble collaborates on special projects in Baldwin County. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, boating, fitness, and cooking, as well as volunteering with Black Warrior Riverkeeper. His other interests include basketball, football, music, and dogs.
